Meeting 3: Works-in-Progress Series
The Works-in-Progress Series by the Development Research School offer a supporting environment for PhD students working on Development Research. This is an opportunity to showcase your own project and to network with other PhD students focusing on similar topics.
The Works-in-Progress series will consist of three meetings, spread out over the Fall semester. Accepted applicants will be expected to attend all three meetings. In each meeting, there will be four PhD students and one senior scholar.
This third meeting will be devoted to in-depth discussion of the PhD students’ work (two presentations per meeting). The presentations will be short to allow for a longer discussions and feedback (35-40 minutes) from the other PhD students and from the instructor. All participants will be expected to read the other participants’ drafts.
